Chapter 1: Introduction

1.1 Purpose

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the use of "Shadow-based Testing" (the "Service"), an enterprise A/B testing and simulation platform provided by Enigmatch Inc. ("Company," "we," or "us"). By using the Service, the client ("Client") and its designated users ("Users") agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.2 Definitions

• "Shadow": An AI simulation persona with specific attributes and behavioral patterns generated based on input data.
• "Test Variant": Marketing drafts, product specifications, or content ideas (such as copy) that are subject to comparison and verification within the Service.

Chapter 2: Account Registration & Authentication

2.1 Corporate Account Management

The Service is a business-to-business (B2B) offering. The Client is responsible for managing User accounts under its control, including permission assignment and usage monitoring.

2.2 Authentication Methods

The Service supports Single Sign-On (SSO) and email-based One-Time Password (OTP) authentication. The Company is not liable for any damages resulting from the mismanagement of authentication credentials.

Chapter 3: Data Collection & Usage

3.1 Types of Data Collected

• Client Assets: Marketing drafts, creatives, and product specifications intended for testing.
• Customer Segment Data: Anonymized or pseudonymized customer data provided to improve simulation accuracy.

3.2 Purpose of Use

Provided data will be used exclusively for:

• Generating and tuning "Shadows" specific to the Client.
